How can I return an item? 

Unfortunately we have a strict no-return policy on all our beauty products. Please read our return policy.

Can I place an order outside UAE? 

Currently we are doing the delivery only within United Arab Emirates, but we are working on expanding onto the GCC market.

How can I track my order?

Please email us on care@christianlaurent.com mentioning your order number.

How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once order is processed you cannot change the delivery address.

What if item is damaged on delivery?

In case, the damage is form our end, please contact us on care@christianlaurent.com providing reference pictures and our team will contact you.

How can I cancel my order?

 You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you’ve received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order.

Why am I paying shipping charges?

If your order is below 100 AED, there will be a small charge of 10 AED.

If something is missing from my order?

We advice to check the package carefully, sometimes we place small items attached to big ones. If the item is still missing, please contact us on care@christianlaurent.com

What if I receive a different item not what I ordered?

Christian Laurent Team makes sure that you receive what you ordered. In case we made a mistake , please email us on care@christianlaurent.com
